How do basketball,foot ball,rugby players get big? - rugby weights
I know that lifting weights. But all the articles read that I said. You can not if you do a lot of heart. I mean to say anything, what I read.

I am a rugby player second row foward 5 years and how I stay so big and so fast that I 6'6 "and am 270llbs
I eat 5 meals Aday every meal from 300 to 400 calories
I drink 6 cups of green tea per day (reduced fat)
I also have 3x 500 ml of whey Protien one days
I run before my breakfast 3 to 5 miles up to the final 1 / 2 mile speed on the road to a sprint finish
In the afternoon I was with my wieght 3 sets of 50 repetitions for biceps on his back and chest, then 2 sets of 100 representatives in the legs and 4 sets of 60 reps on my shoulders
Do not forget to take 1 days every 3 to allow your body to recover! THATS THE TRICK Allow your body time to build and repair muscle New!
I also take 2 days before my diet for a month! This prevents me the desire to shock and pizza!
